1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the wg87 platform at wg87.my, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on wg87. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same name, IP address, device, or banking details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes:

• Full name as stated on a valid government-issued identification document.
• An active and reachable phone number.
• A valid and actively used email address.
• Accurate Malaysia bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. wg87 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

4 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Regarding deposits, the following conditions must be observed:

7 User Responsibilities

• Using the wg87 name, logo, or intellectual property without prior written consent.

• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

Wg87 also encourages all members to practice responsible gaming. If you feel that your gaming activity is starting to negatively impact your personal or financial life, please use the self-control tools provided or contact our support team for assistance.

8 Account Termination and Suspension

Wg87 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account at any time without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Account activity showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Account found to be registered using false information or another person's identity.
• There is a directive from the relevant authority or regulatory body.
• Member found to be located in a region where wg87 services are prohibited.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the wg87 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned after the required security checks are completed.

9 Disclaimer of Liability

The wg87 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, wg87 cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or unforeseen issues.

Wg87 is not responsible for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of legitimate game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party failures, or natural disasters.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from personal negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Wg87's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being made.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Wg87 reserves the right to modify, add, or update any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any significant amendments via their registered email or a notice prominently displayed on the platform.
